Erin Leosz
Erin grew up in Massachusetts and developed an early affinity for the mountains, enduring summer camp as a young introvert for the opportunity to hike Mount Monadnock. Love at first climb!
Later, while living and working in Boston, Erin spent as much time as she could playing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the Green Mountains of Vermont. In 2019, a winter ski trip compelled her to move west, where she fell in love with the Sawatch Range and Colorado sunshine, and spent five beautiful years chasing summits and sunsets in Leadville.
In 2024, Erin moved to Rico with her partner Johnny. She's honored to be part of the Rico Geothermal Coalition, which blends two of her passions: sustainability and learning about Colorado geology. Her career spans publishing, technology, and marketing, and Erin is a writer by trade and compulsion. She also serves on the board of the Tabor Opera House Preservation Foundation in Leadville. Erin loves cats, Johnny's cooking, hiking, skiing in all its forms, talking philosophy, writing poetry, and doing just about anything in nature.
